Damn those 8s are definitely gonna get down on 1800. What batteries are you going to go with/have an idea of where to mount them? You're a few steps ahead of me so I'm kinda using your build as a template!

Before i get them on 1800 watts, ill have to rebuild a box out of fiberglass. I want the box to have a better fit in the truck and im not really wanting to lift the rear seat due to most of my friends are tall and they are close to the top of the ceiling as it sits now.

Ill stick with the same sized kinetik as i have now, add 2 more of them. Placement will be were the little cargo area is under the rear drivers side seat. Ill remove the jack and mount it else where. Im still trying to figure out what to do with my amps...... I might rip out the center console and use fiberglass to make an amp rack. Ill keep the arm rest but everything under neath will be amps, wiring etc... This is just a thought right now.

For what it's worth; I'm 6'4" and I actually found the rear seat MORE comfortable after I installed the seat lift. I had to test it once I got it in.

Have you ever thought of upgrading your alternator to a higher amperage one? I'm going with a mechman 230amp which puts out 170amps @ idle and 230amps@ 2300rpm.

You're tall. It's still up in the air as of now. I'll do it temporarily until I figure out if I want to keep it like that,

Yes. I mentioned it in a post somewhere on here. Right now I plug a trickle charger into the battery when parked.

Update:

The sub amp is giving me some problems. For some reason its in protect mode but still plays. I can play at full tilt and nothing seems to be affected. Its very odd that its still running in protect mode.
