Hey Compcoder.....take a look at the instructions for that JL250/1 amp If im not mistaken the JL amps can take a HIGH LEVEL audio input which means you dont need a seperate LOC. I know the JL 500/1 and 1000/1v2 amps can take direct highlevel audio signals.

well, i already put in a 3sixty.1, and it was more for the convenience and the tuning than just the line out converting. NOt only that, i am installing two amps, already have the jl j2 320.4 installed with new door speakers, and about to be installing the 250/1 and the 10" DC Sound Lab level 2 i just got in.
