I value the floor space in the cab rear so I mounted it behind the seat. The installation here was a little more entailed because of the way I wanted the final product situated. The 8" is more than adequate for me. Im always impressed .. I mean it'll thump your chest and shake the windows when cranked but I don't think a hard core audio dude would be satisfied.
