Default Sound System Upgrade?

I'm upgrading everything in my '04 F-150 Lariat SuperCab. Including a new HU (double din), new speakers, tweeters, subs, and amps. I know absolutely NOTHING about sound. I know I want the subs to bump pretty hard, considering I'm a Junior in high school. I have a job, so I don't have a problem spending money. Hoping to keep it under $1000.

The 10's will fit better under the supercab rear seat

$1000 is also my budget. It's not my limit but I like the challenge of keeping a budget. So far I've picked up

1. Two Alpine Type-R SWR-10D2 10" 3000 Watt Dual 2-Ohm Subwoofer
2. MRX-M110 - Alpine Monoblock 1100W RMS X-Power Amplifier

Bringing my total $558 plus I used a $100 gift card so down to $458.00. I'm also looking to get an Alpine Remote Bass Level Control **** for around $30. Then the necessary wiring for another $150-$200. I'm waiting for a reply from fox for the dual 10" box for my 2012 Screw and should run me about $225.i already have my DD Alpine HU so roughly about $850 to $900 with labor.

Yeah, my dad and cousin know how to install all that stuff so I won't have to pay an extra $100 for labor. Does the wattage of the subs have to match the wattage of the amp? Or does that really matter?

Do you have a screw or an scab? You have said both. Check out the for sale section for good equipment

SCAB. There's so many good subs out there. So hard to pick which ones to get.

Are you going to need a sub box in that budget as well? Do you want to keep your Back seats?
