Default Need help (1999 f150)

I'm going with this pioneer head unit:
Amazon.com: Pioneer AVH-X3500BHS 2-DIN Multimedia DVD Receiver with 6.1 WVGA: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Pioneer AVH-X3500BHS 2-DIN Multimedia DVD Receiver with 6.1 WVGA: Car Electronics

But I have been hearing i'm going to need a new bracket holder to make it fit, and I am unsure where to get them from. Also would there be any new connections I would need to get? Currently i'm running a mono amp with 2 10" kenwoods with a basic sony headunit.

You will need a mounting kit, wiring harness and a steering wheel harness if you have them and want to keep them. Ebay or Amazon
