Radiators: no, those are not going to overcome having less than 1/2 the space each woofer needs, and once again, those themselves take up precious amount of space that you already don't have... there is no quick/magic fix to gain that much space you'll need
Amp: you'll definitely want to use that Hifonics over the Kenwood, if you end up with two woofers, go for a 2 ohm/750 watt mono load (two SVC 4 ohm woofers or two DVC two ohm woofers) if you don't want to possibly over tax your electrical system.. if you want max power from two woofers then you'll want two SVC 2 ohm or two DVC 4 ohm woofers) to get to the 1000 watt level, but that will be a lot of current getting pulled

IMO, your best option if you want to keep the box you have would be to go with a couple subs that like ~.6ft^3 sealed and seal the other two woofer holes...Pioneer TS-SW2502 would work well for example.

No, that has absolutely nothing to do with your issue of not enough space
You're spending all this time looking for some magic fix, there is no bypassing physics, you're going to have four woofers that are going to sound terrible because they are choked on air space or you can block two of the openings and have two woofers that will sound much better as they are in the recommended air space
