Default installed in dash dvd player - now looking at headrest monitors

I just installed a pioneer avh-2400bt dvd player in my 2005 f150. It is great. Now looking at possibly trying to install a pair of headrest monitors. I don't need them to have a built in dvd player as I want to hook them up to my pioneer dvd player. I just need the monitors.

1. Who has done this and how hard is it to install the headrest monitors in a F150? What is all involved? I installed the pioneer dvd player myself and have installed amps and subs before. However for some reason I am just not sure about tackling this project. How hard is it to get the wires down the back of the seat? And then I imagine you have to hook up each headrest to a power and ground? And then have a rca wire going to the pioneer dvd player? Sounds like a lot of wires in the seat.

2. For those that have done this, what brand have you used and/or recommend? I have tan leather in my truck.
