How would you build this Box??

How would you build this Box??
I've never built a sub box before, and was told it could be done, and function properly, but would cost around $500 for a shop to build it. I have (2) 10"s and (2) 12"s, all shallow mount subs. 12s on top and 10s on the side (blue circle). Can anyone give me advice on how to go about building something like this? YouTube just doesn't seem to cover it..

There's not much to it once you learn the steps. Hell, it's harder to figure out the airspace than to design/glass one.
However, if you've never done fg work, be prepared for a LOT of manual labor to be put into it. It's forgiving to a point, because you can bondo and spot putty a lot of slight imperfections, but if it's gonna be painted, you need it to be flawless. High build primer works well, too.
If you're covering it with fabric or vinyl, it doesn't have to be near as perfect.
Fiberglass boxes are the nicest looking boxes, IMO. I knew a girl with a Cavalier that put 4 15s in her backseat, all in a fg box with amps down the center. Literally had to be built inside the car, and weighed damn near 500 pounds in the end. She had to put air bags on the back to keep it leveled, lol.

MDF/plywood to get the basic shape.
Beer.
Cut MDF rings for where the speakers will mount.
Beer.
Set rings where you want them using glue/tacks with dowel rods.
Beer.
Stretch fleece over the box to get the stretch and look you want.
Beer.
Resin over the fleece to get a solid form.
Beer.
Beer.
Add fiber/resin to reach the thickness you need.
Beer.
Sand/Bondo/Sand/Bondo/Sand/Spot Putty, not necessarily in that order or quantity.
Beer.

Beer.
Water.
Beer.
Prime/paint.
Beer.

PS: Chopped mat is good, but if you can use woven fiberglass mat for the last layer, you'll get a much smoother surface to work with.
PSS: Get all of the air bubbles out as possible. They will make a weak point in the layers.

Haha thanks guys! There will be plenty of beer for sure. The top face will be fiberglass painted red to match with black vinyl on the sides. Guess I'll just have to dive in! I think my biggest hurdle is not having access to some Of the tools in the videos I've seen. I'll get started this weekend and post any pics or questions! Thanks again for the help and links.
