no prob, the front of the box is about 3-4 inches lower than the front of the seat, the builder couldve got a lot more out of it but meh, it sounds good with the rock and country im pushing. if you have an 09+, you need to get a wiring harness, the one i bought was plug and play, and has a remote wire attached so no tapping or making crap for the amp remote just plug everything in and put your dash back together

I'm so glad to hear that you like the setup that you bought, I just bought the single 12" from the same guy a few hours ago, hopefully it'll be here around the same time my PAC adapter is. I'll definitely be coming to you for help with the PAC install. I know your dash is back together already, but if you had any pics of the behind the dash stuff that would be INCREDIBLY helpful!

OK... i got the dual 10's finally hooked up with the help of the multiple dash teardown videos on youtube. Ive got an FX2 supercrew, non premium audio, (basic bull**** excuse for a sound system in a 40k dollar truck). I purchased the >
*PAC FORD LINCOLN MERCURY ADD AMP INTEGRATION INTERFACE (man part# AOEM-FRD24)*
- for 40 bucks off ebay. This thing is worth every penny. saves a lot of trouble and is completely plug and play. Just an FYI for anyone thinking about doing a sub install this should be your first priority. Any questions hit me up i hope this helped!

Most amps and summing processors have that capability. If they have that option, you must buy the sub gain remote kit from them as all are not wired the same. My Cadence amp and Maxxsonics MX-1 both came with a remote gain adjuster. I use the one off the MX-1 for control.

but as far as anything else im not entirely sure about whats on the market for our stock radios, since the bass in the truck speakers themselves suck, i just use the radio bass adjust setting.
