Center Channel (what to do) 2020 Lariat
I have a 2020 Lariat with the B&O system. I am looking at the ZEN-A2B as a processor and a 4.1 channel amp to replace the factory setup. I hear the ZEN will retain chimes and other factory sounds/alerts/warnings. I plan to use the 4.1 channel amp to power the front components (passive crossovers) and the rears co-axle. I am going to replace the sub with something that goes under the rear bench seat and will also power that with 4.1 sub out. My question is what in the world do I do with the center channel? Nothing on the interwebs that show anything for the center channel. I suppose I could go with a 6 channel amp and power the fronts and rears with 4 of the channels and the center with 1 channel, however that leaves 1 channel from the amp not doing anything. Any suggestions and or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance Don.
Also since I just picked up my new F150 expect that you will see me here ofter. I cannot get enough reading and learning in.

Thank you for the quick reply, so am I safe to assume its not used for a specific chime, alert, or warning. Meaning I would not be missing anything important by disconnecting it.
Thanks again.

You are completely safe removing the center speaker.

You can remove the center channel from the system. Im running a 3 way active with a helix dsp. what I've noticed with running a center channel is it widens the front stage listening position by a little bit. It hasnt been a make it or break it for imaging.
