I have a 2001 ext cab and I mounted my amps under the front seat. I have a Kenwood amp under the drivers side and a Alpine amp under the passenger side. Underneath the fold up seats in the back I built two speaker boxes for the Fosgate 10" subs. They are facing down and I put a round furniture pad on each corner. Looking in the truck you can't even tell they are there.
