I had a Supercab with a 12 under the driver side rear with the amp mounted under the passenger side rear. I had it ported on that side so the air would blow on the amp at all times to keep it cool. Never got hot nor blew out. I know you want to go behind the seat but think about how I did it. Might be something worth looking in to.
