You can use Forscan make the stock stereo speaker outputs low level:

Looking to do the same as the OP, will the For-11ck Parrot harness work with still doing the forscan method? Trying to avoid cutting any factory wires.

I didn't cut any wires but tapped my speaker wires for input causing no harm to the factory wires.

that harness will work, thats the same harness I used on a 2018. I then did the forscan mod to make my ACM output low level.

Are you just adding a mono sub amp? If so you can simply either use the speaker level inputs on the amp (if it has the option) or, if it doesn't have speaker level inputs, grab a line output converter. You don't have to cut any wires...just use a wire tap and tap into the speaker wire.

I used the UK version of the harness and have this noise or hum and alternator whine. I grounded the harness directly to the metal dashboard frame and the hum went away and the alternator whine was barely audible. A day later, both came back but not as bad as before. Will changing the ACM output to low level help with this issue? Did anybody else have this issue? If so, how did you fix it?

Low Level is always going to be the better than speaker level. Speaker level is an amplified signal being amplified again, this includes clipping. Low Level in not amplified and the stock ACM will not clip even at Max (30) when set to low level. I get no whine/hum with my Alpine KTP-445u, I have it grounded to the metal dash and sending it Low Level from the ACM.
