Default ACM swap 2014 F150

So my 2014 came from our Canadian brethren. I guess the Canucks don't get HD radio built into their trucks, just Sirius, what gives eh?

Could I pick up an ACM from a US truck and have it be a direct functional swap? Are there any other things I would need, or is it just an easy 1:1 swap? Not having HD radio blows.

Forscan changes necessary?

You know...it would be better audio, cheaper for you, and easier just to use your phone and a radio app...or music app that offers better sound quality,....
Also this would mean you do not need radio reception to listen to a station. You could be in Oregon listening to a station from Phoenix.

Yeah I know, but I'm that guy who wants to keep it looking OEM with as many features built-in. OR also has a hands free law which I think you in AZ are phasing into soon. Here it's like like a 3 tier penalty. 1st offense is under $500, 2nd -$1000, 3rd- license suspension and possible jail time. Not worth it as much as I change the station etc... Keep it in the dash.

I picked up an ACM off here that I think will fit/work for $60 shipped. Cheap try anyway.
