Default 2017 XL Supercab Amp/sub install question

I have a 2017 XL Supercab and want to install a sub and amp from my last F150. I see a ton of posts about supercrews and finding the stock sub plug in the back and then adding the WPT1212 harness and then turning it on with Forscan. My question is since I don't want to mess around with Forscan at this time, where/how should I tap into the stock system for the speaker wires? I'll just use an LOC but I don't know where to tap into. My amp has an auto sensing remote wire so I'm not worried about that part. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

Is there other ones other than the rear door ones? I haven’t looked and am new to the Supercab world. I changed out all the door speakers already...that’d be hilarious if there’s 2 more and I didn’t even see them...

Here ya go follow this I did mine today.

right side, under the plastic threshold plate, unwrap the green plastic wrap to expose the wires tape holding the bundle of wires twisted around together (+) speaker wire is Brown with White Stripe. The NEGATIVE (-) speaker wire is Brown with Blue Stripe.
On the left side under the plastic threshold plate, twisted around together + is White with Green Stripe, and the left - is Brown with Yellow Stripe.

You did this in your Supercab? Or do you have a Supercrew?

Ahh okay that’s what my main question was. I have read that thread before but didn’t think the install pertained since the cabs were different. Thanks for confirming though. I’ll have to give it a go and see what happens. Thanks again!

Alright...excellent. Thanks for confirming. I’ll run wires from both sides to the LOC and should be good to go. Maybe I’ll just run them to my amp if I have the high level inputs but I don’t remember at the moment.
