Thanks, I've been eyeing most of this equipment for quite some time. Waited until I got some deals and found the right dealers. Got my new Sundown SD-3 10" in the truck this weekend in a foxbox and it sounds very very good.

I hate to revive an old thread but have a few questions for the op.
Did you bypass the sony amp? if so how
Is your NAV still audible?
My setup will be similar to yours but I'm using the JBL MS8, I'm just trying to figure out how to retain sync and Nav commands.
Thanks

No I did not bypass the amp.
I tapped the signal after the sony amp. I used the front left and right mids, and rear left and right. Cut the factory tweets and tied it up, left the factory center channel connected.
Everything works perfect - sync, etc. Hear all voice commands, phone calls, sync lady talking lol.
*edit* I figured I should add - I've had this setup running daily for almost 7 months and have had absolutely zero issues - I do attribute that to the audison bit ten (I have no experience with the MS8) but I just know that it likes the aforementioned inputs going into the bit ten and has continued to run flawlessly - I want to also add I chose the inputs that I did FR, FL, RR, RL because the bit ten only has 4 channels of input so I couldn't include front tweets so this gave me the ability to keep the fade function.

So I wonder if I left my center on the factory amp if it would mess up the time correction. I may just have to put the ms8 in my wifes car that does not have the sony system and just get a bit ten for the truck. It seems like I need a damn degree to install the ms8 on a sony system correctly and retain full functionality
I cut:
Front Left & Right Mids (used for signal to bit ten)
Rear Left & Right (used for siganl to bit ten)
Front Left & Right Tweeter (just cut and tied up, not connected to anything - technically I could've just gone up to the a pillars and disconnected)
Your MS8 likely has summing so you could try the inputs I mentioned and just leave your center channel connected factory - if you hear any difference then simply remove it.
I don't think it's worth you buying a bit ten until you've at least tried the MS8 (they both function the same by principle)
