Default 2011 Lariat Touch Navi w/sony

Sorry if this has already been asked I tried to search but can not find exactly what im looking for. I just bought a 2011 Lariat with the touch navigation and sony package. I am curious is there a way to sap this unit out with an aftermarket one? If so what about part #'s for everything that will be needed.

No affordable dash kit. I think Alpine makes the whole dash kit with HU for about $3K. You can upgrade the amp and speakers

That's what I was afraid of. Don't really see it being worth that to just upgrade. So if I just wanted to upgrade and add a 4 channel amp and door speakers what all would I need to do that. Sorry I'm new to adding amps to a factory head unit.

Already has an amp. They make an adapter now to go aftermarket. The amp already has the speaker crossovers built into it. It is under the center console. Door speakers are an easy upgrade. Do a search on this forum and you will find many amp upgrades for the Lariat. Not just as easy as adding an amp....

I have a 14 touch screen/NAV/Sony. I upgraded the factory speakers to Polks and added a powered sub, Cerwin Vega, to work with the Sony sub. Am real happy with the sound. Didn't want the expense and time effort in replacing the Sony system and retain all factory controls.
