Default Zone Lighting

I own a 2021 F150 Lariat. Since 52K miles, the Zone lighting continued to randomly activate then flicker off. Several eyes on this with the dealership but no answers. Hoping someone out there has some idea as to why. Please - Thank you

Welcome to the forum!

Another member had the same issue, apparently it was due to a corroded bed light switch. You also might want to check the battery, these trucks do weird things when battery is going bad. Keep us updated on your findings.

Default Zone Lighting - Random Activation.

I asked the ford dealership to look a this. Stated it was good. Batter was just replaced by same dealership. Lighting continues to activate randomly. When it killed my previous battery, it was a light switch (Ford Dealer) upon installation there was a ground to short failure. Both dealerships have had the vehicle for a total of 1Week + trying to diagnose the issue.

Could it be door switches/sensors?
