Default Yet another Texan

Hello all!
Not really new here, just a new member. Currently live in the DFW area.
I just bought my first Platinum (2013) 3 days ago and freakin LOVE it! I'm not new to F150's, actually traded a 2010 FX2 for it. One of those deals you just can't walk away from.
Anyway one of the first thing I would like to get done is swap out some light bulbs. As most may know already, the '13 has HID headlights. When the fog lamps are on with the HID's they look yellow. Anyone have any recommendations for a brighter white foglamp bulb? LED or Halogen etc... I've heard the housing is easy to melt with too much watts so I'm not sure how much is too much. I like to drive with both on but do not want to blind other drivers either. Kinda thinking these HID's are doing that anyways
Thanks in advance!

No, it's a 55W Xenon 6000k HID kit. Light fits into the factory housing and uses factory connections complete with ballasts.
Thank you!

Thank you!
I personally use the 35W 8000Ks in my factory head and fog housings so they're less likely to blind. Still plenty bright. But to each his own. Welcome!
