Question Windshield Washer Low Level Warning

I have a 2013 F150 Limited and found out it does not have a Low Level Warning for Windshield Wash.
Here in the snow belt you go through windshield wash like crazy it is an important option.

Talked to the dealer service rep he laughed and said you would think it would be standard said he would check it out have not heard back from him.
Does anyone know if this option can be added

I think I would top mine off every couple of weeks and not worry about it.

I've had issues with it not spraying with some of this cold weather and snow and started carrying a squirt bottle with washer fluid in my truck. When it won't spray properly, I roll down the window and spray the windshield with my handy squirt bottle.
