Just wanted to say hi.. New to the Ford Forum.. but not new to Ford. I have driven Ford Vehicles since I was 19 yrs old.. and will most likely drive Fords till I die.....Just purchased a new truck.. had a 2004 F250 crew with a V10.. pulled a 35 ft travel trailer so liked the pulling power.. but gas mileage leaved a littel to desire.... no longer have trailer so decided to "downsize" so to speak. Now am the proud owner of a 2011 F150 SCrew XLT 4x4 with the 5.0 v8, wow what a difference in gas mileage.... almost 20 miles a gal and not broke in yet. As for a little about me.. I live in Central Iowa... work for the Union Pacific Railroad, as a Locomotive Engineer.. hence the username..lol.. Have been with them for 17 yrs.. I will keep this short but am looking forward to many good hours enjoying this forum...i would like to say thanks in advance for what i am sure, will be great help and advice from everyone here... and to the ones ( and I'm sure there are a few) who will feel compelled to add sarcastic and smart***** coments.. I am grown up enough to use my common sense to do what is best and ignore your remarks.
