Question Weird Electrical anomaly

Hello all! I have a 1999 F-150 Flareside Lariat extra cab that after strong rains/weather, and full shutdown, headlights begin to flash, A/C fan continues to blow, and if driving the radio/windows go non-functional. If left connected to the battery by morning the battery gets killed. (New Interstate battery). Any idea of the origin of this problem?
