I found a vacuum hose broke. I reattached it and the truck makes a horrible squealing noise at 2700 to 3000 rpm.. It is the small hose in the center of the picture that T's. The piece coming from the motor was broken. It had a red label on it.

 

Dose any one know what this goes to and why the noise. I unhooked it and it seems all is fine.
