Hiya! My name is Ryan. I'm a volunteer firefighter, Skywarn spotter, and soon to be Search and Rescue Team member in Central NY. I just retired my unkillable '98 V6 Ranger RWD and upgraded to an '05 V8 F-150 4x4. While I loved my Ranger, the 150 will definitely be a big improvement when I have to clear camp roads and get to remote locations. Looking forward to posting the progress of my truck from a slightly-built offroader to a full-on brush rescue vehicle.

Looks like we have a few things in common. I'm new here as well and recently (January) left my relationship with my '97 V6 4WD Ranger who was an absolute beast. An unfortunate accident took it out of commission and i upgraded to an '08 F150 Fx4 Supercrew V8, which I love. Oh ya and I'm also a firefighter (career though). Is a pleasure meeting ya brother
