Well, I don't actually have a Ford truck. But I've been married to a fan for almost 25 years and I'm more of a social media person than he is, so here I am. When we started dating he had an old, beat up 4WD Ranger. It was dented and the paint was peeling and I thought it was the coolest thing.. The Ranger passed away suddenly in 1996, at which point his urgent need for a truck led to the Teal Flame, which was a Very Bright metallic Teal F150 4x4. Neither of us is really a bright metallic teal kind of person, but we didn't care that much, either.
In late 2006, when our child was 3, it became too crowded in the single cab, what with the child seat and the two labs, and we got an Oxford white base level crew cab 4x4 with a dealer installed 6" lift.. My husband was looking in one part of the state while I was looking at home, and I came up with the required white 4x4 crew cab. When he got home and saw the lift he started calling it my mid-life crisis.
Now I am apparently having a old-life crisis, since it's been 17 years since my mid-life crisis and I just ordered him a Raptor. Also Oxford white.
