Hello all, I'm a new member, and new F-150 2017 Lariat owner. I want to upgrade my 2.2 software to 3.0 but can't get the USB formatted drive to be recognized by the vehicle. Nothing pops up at all and I've tried about 3-4 different format methods for the software I obtained from Ford owner. Can anyone point me to a troubleshooting article that will help me better understand what I'm doing wrong.

Also, please help me reset my memory seat functions, every time I get in and out of the vehicle my seats move and I don't need this functionality.
