There are times when I do the auto start or regular start for my 2016 F150 Platinum that the radio will say audio off. You can attempt to turn it on at the screen and the regular audio control button. It stays off. The navigation will work at the phone will be connected ok. Took it to the dealer 3x and all they did was a master reset each time. Ford states that they can't find the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem. It occurs after 10-15 starts.
