Default Spark plug removal scared

Working on my 2004 v8 5.4 spark plugs . Man am a scared to break one
any tips should I have the engine warm

Seriously best left to a dealer. It's stupid expensive, like $900...but if they fudge up your head, they'll replace it at their cost. At least this was the case when I had the plugs changed on my 2010 with the 5.4 Triton.

Welcome. When I did the plugs on my 05 w/5.4 I did them with a warm engine. I would loosen the plug 1/2 turn, then back 1/4 turn & keep doing that sequence until the plug was loose enough to remove. I did mine when they had approx 88K on them & they all came out fine.
