Hi from Tucson, AZ. I'll be buying my brother's F-150 in March '21. The truck is a 2012, 80k miles, 4x4 crew cab. He is the original owner and pretty meticulous in general maintenance.
The truck currently has factory installed, chrome side steps. I plan on updating to black, possibly aftermarket side steps.
I'm asking for suggestions, photos, vendors that may help in the upgrade. Thanks!

Welcome to the site! I would watch facebook market place or craigslist, people are always taking off black factory side steps to upgrade to something else, you may find a great deal. best of luck.

Welcome aboard. If ground clearance is an issue there are electric, auto retract and extend running boards that work great and are very reliable that give an extra 6-9" between the wheels clearance when driving.
