What condition is it in?

I've always considered buying like a boat or something from there to rebuild... never a car as I really don't have room for a spare car and I don't think I'd want a project for my daily driver.

Rear hit. The back bumper is trashed, some buckling of the bed.
Possible plan is to rip the bed off and put an aluminum flatbed on (weighs 250lbs (possibly steel but weighs 750). Goal is to be able to have 1-2 motorcycles (or golf cart) in the bed and still be able to tow a small camper.
1st priority is getting it delivered and having a thurough evaluation lol
