Default Shaking steering wheel

Hey Guys I have a 2023 F150 with 285/65/20 NittoRecon Graps. I’m getting strong vibrations and a lot of steering wheel shaking when going 45-50mph and above, I do take my truck in the beach and I air down to 18PSI. The kicker is that it’s not constant. Sometimes it will do it for a few days and sometimes it will do it for the first part of the day and not the second part. And sometimes it won’t do it for days. I’m really confused and don’t know what to do.

Maybe start with a road force balance.

Welcome to the forum! I would like to take a closer look at your steering wheel concerns. Can you please send over a message with your VIN and estimated mileage so I can start looking into this on my end?
