Default Saying hello from Michigan!

Hey guys, I know I've done this introduction thing a little late but it's better late then never. I'm a proud owner of a 2010 F150 XLT SC 4x4, Ingot Silver with a few upgrades and more to come. This is my first truck and I can't believe how much I love having a truck. My dad originally bought it after he retired, drove it a few times and realized he was not a truck guy because getting in and out of it after his back surgery was not working well for him. So I was able to purchase it off him with 3 or 4,000 miles on it. Less than a demo. LUCKY ME!!! But so far I have upgraded the stock pizza cutters (235/75's) to BFG All-Terrain T/A's (285/70/17) on the stock 17's for now. Just waiting to get the leveling kit put on (HBS 2") so I can get the BFG's mounted on the XD Addicts Black Machined 17x9 -12mm offset and 4.53 backspacing. I have also added a K&N CAI and complimented that with a Hushpower muffler by Flowmaster. Next on the list performance wise is going to be a Gryphon CS custom tuned by PHP. My tonneau cover is a Truxedo Lo-Pro and the bed is Line-X'd (courtesy of my dad :-D) I have also done some audio upgrades, all 4 interior speakers (Polk Audio DXi 570's) and added a custom sub enclosure from SuperCrewSound that fits two 10'' subs. (Polk Audio DXi 10" subs) with a Polk Audio PA880 amp. Sounds awesome to say the least. I have also upgraded the head and fog lights, Sylvania Silverstars. Tinted the front 2 windows to match factory. Like I said I totally love this truck. I'm here in Michigan and looking forward to the first trip to the dunes and call me a redneck or whatever but damn do I love chilling on the tailgate with a beer enjoying the weather. I have always been a Ford man, actually sold Ford's for 5 years. Had a 97 Explorer XLT, then I got a 2004 Explorer Eddie Bauer, and I sold that when I had the opportunity to buy my truck. I miss my Explorer but I don't regret the descision at all. I have already had plenty of help and advice that pointed me in the right direction, keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. Thanks everyone!

LOL! I could not believe the first person to respond was an Irish fan. The love of ND has been sent down through my grandfather to my father to me. My grandfather was Polish-Catholic and just loved ND. It wore off on my dad and eventually down to me. I also went to a Catholic High School here in MI, Pontiac Notre Dame Prep.

woohoo!!! Love it! I was born in South Bend, and I'm 75% Irish. My dad still lives near there and my brother-in-law actually started working at ND a few months ago. My dad, brother, and I are all huge ND fans. Actually the only time I really talk to them is during holidays and football season lol
