hello, just for starters, i am new here, i live in victoria texas... 2 hours south east of houston, i'm currently 15, but i have a 2002 ford f150 sport v-6 manual in the drive way, 2wd, with a couple of dings and scratches here and there, i'd like to do some minor improvements to it like level out the front and back and stuff like that, i will post pics in a week or two of the truck, i like the truck for a starter, very reliable, my dad had the exact same truck just a 98 version before it was smashed by some kid in a firebired, my mom loved the truck.
anyway just saying hi to you guys out there.

i realize this was in the general discussion, my bad.

thanks guys
thanks you guys, i have a question, one of my freinds has a 91 mustang sitting in his driveway, and the engine has 12000 miles on it he'll sell it too me at a "freinds discount price" he wants 500 for the complete motor, it works perfect. but he's keeping the transmission, what (if any) fab will need to be done to get this to go in, and will my transmission, -i have no idea what kind- hold up if i don't add any hard horsepower to it?

if you are thinking that a 4.6 from a mustang and a 4.6 in a truck will swap, they will, but they have a different stroke.
If you want a v8, buy a truck with one from the factoy, much cheeper.
