I have a 2000 f150 that has been not starting, it shows no signs of power at all, but if I remove the negative wire from battery it will reset every thing. Happening more and more now, today I noticed a clicking as this was happening and I traced it to the fuse panel under the dash, it was the relay #2. When I went to remove it the balck case came off but I'm having a hard time getting the relay out.
