Looking to be able to reply to private messages apparently you need a certain # of posts to do it

Yeah, something like that. I was looking through the various threads about posting and only ran across this which does not specify how many posts are required to respond to a PM. I know it’s 25 posts to advertise in the selling section. But that’s a separate set of rules. not clear unless I just can’t find the right thread topic which explains responding to private messages. Keep in mind, these rules are to cut down on spammers/scammers.
