Default p0191 code

Hello all, new member here and new proud owner of a 2004 f150 lariat. 5.4 liter 3 valve. Truck was throwing a check engine light and gave the p0191 fuel rail code. I have just replaced the the fpdm and the fuel filter. I figured they both needed it at 160,000 miles. I also reset the computer by unhooking battery. Hoping it is better now, but may take a few drives to know for sure. If for some reason this turns out unsucessful, can anyone give me some insight to the next step or steps. Please and thank you from the new guy in the mitten.
