Old guy from Illannoy
Hiya, Old new guy with my new to me 2020 F150 XLT 3.0L Diesel with the Canuck XTR package.

I'm not new to Ford trucks. I've owned a 1952 F2, my one and only hot rod, and a 1995 F150 XLT Supercab with a 5.0 that I let go with 360K miles. Should have kept it.
My company vehicles have always been F150s, save for the last one. That was Fusion. I got that because I had the seniority and anger to tell management to stick it when the promised new pickup turned out to be sales guys' hand me down 2012 F150 with 232K miles on it. I used it for 9 months and dropped $1300 a month in repairs. When asked why it was costing so much, I always replied that they told me it was new, so I dunno.what the problem is.
Anyway, we traded in our 09 Chevy that we bought from my late FIL estate almost 10 years ago. We liked it until we upgraded from a 12' pop up camper to a 23" travel trailer. Then we didn't like it. The Chevy didn't like the new trailer, either.
We've only had the 2020 a few days and we are luvin' it. I'm not a stranger to diesels, I worked on them for almost 30 years. I've spent a couple of hours figuring out what's what in the cab and have all but one thing sussed. What the heck is this switch for?

Can't find it in the manual.
I'll be lurking in the background for a while. Thanks for having me.
Mike

Very possible. After I'm done making money for the day I'll contort myself to check behind the dash to see if there are any wires even going to it.
