Hello All,

New to posting on this forum. '06 XLT Super 5.4 4x4, stock so far. Hit almost 60k miles, and bits starting to go so need advice. Heard a 'clicking' from engine, seems to be idler pulley (upper left side) - leaves the building when lubed w/ WD-40. Replace w/ stock? Cheap enough @ under $20. Is billet all show? Have seen a couple of posts on other forums that METCOs wobble, etc. @ triple the price of OEM. Any recommendations for reasonable cost, high quality?

Second question - OEM chrome rims (18") all have flaking around valve stem. Send out for re-chrome, or move to new wheels? If new, need suggestions since I don't want a repeat of the issue again. Polished aluminum? Teflon coated? Centerline seems to have nice hi polish forged wheels at pretty attractive prices.

Last question - tires - work truck, daily driver - Goodyear Silent Armor? Need excellent snow traction for winter and the stock BFG Rugged Trail TA's aren't great in rain/snow, but did last the 60K miles.

Apology if these should go in separate posts - advice/ corrective feedback welcomed!
