Default No working accessories

Greetings. I have 2 F150's an 83 and an 84. The 84 has been sitting for a while and I have an electrical issues. It starts and runs just fine, BUT none of the accessories work like the wipers, directional indicators, lights, heater motor etc. Does this vehicle have a fuse able link that may be the problem? Is there a singular point of connection to the battery and charging system while the ignition is on that may have failed, and or could this be a connection to the fuse panel? I am a retired auto mechanic, restorer and car builder with a great deal of experience but before I tear into this vehicle, I want to get some feedback about possible issues that I need to address to speed up the process of getting this electrical issue dealt with. Thanks.
Baseline:
New Battery, good connections (battery cables), working charge system. 300 ci 6 carburated, 4 speed 4 wd

Welcome. The fusible links should be located near the starter solenoid & have a tab on the wire that says fusible IIRC.

Going from memory here but I'm pretty sure wipers/signal control etc run thru the turn signal stalk??
