Unhappy Newbie in Oregon

Well, I purchased a 2018 F150 in February after driving GMC and Chevy for the past 25 years. I bought it because of the 3.5 twin turbo HP and torque. I needed something new with more pulling power than the GMC 5.4 and did not want the gas guzzling 6.0
Absolutely loved my new truck until this morning. I have put on a little over 11k miles. I was ok with the one recall so far.
I have developed an absolutely awful intermittent grinding and clunking noise somewhere in the front axle. I signed up here to fact check some youtube & google threads about this problem and to keep educated for future problems.
