I am new to this forum. I look forward to learning from the wealth of knowledge of the members.

I have a 1987 f-150, 4.9, with 198,000 miles. I am the second owner and have owned it for 10 yrs. It has been the most reliable and least maintenance cost vehicle that I have ever owned. Brakes, tires and one water pump in ten years.

I now have a fuel delivery/starvation problem that is probably the result of very infrequent use, but I hope that this is a simple problem that will be inexpensive to fix.
