Hello all. Bought my third F-150 about 6 weeks ago. I drive a lot for work as a lumber salesman here in the Atlanta area. I also took it in a turkey hunting trip in Ky the second week i bought it. It is an awesome truck with tons on power and rides like a dream. At around 3000 miles I started hearing the infamous V-8 tick coming from the engine but it still runs strong. My fuel mileage also dropped several miles per gallon after I installed a 2-1/2” leveling kit on it. Anyone else out there have the tick on their 19’ V8? Took it to Ford and they said it was normal but to bring it back if it got worse.
