Hey all found this site and used it to help me out. What motivated me to find this site is I dove into replacing the spark plugs on my 04 150 with the 5.4 motor. Yep you guessed it all 8 broke off. Currently waiting for the extraction tool. Guess I was humbled by thinking it wouldn't happen to me. Burning Sea Foam, loosening the plug to get pb blaster and Sea foam past for 2 days would of though it would of helped. Another thing I have heard is that prior to removing plugs, if you removed coils and sprayed PB blaster around plugs and then re installed coils and drove for a week before removing does help. 104K miles and trying to keep looking new. Next project is the Cab corners.
