Default New user with a minor problem

I've owned an 82 F100 and now have a 95 F150 XLT with a 5.8L V8. My current F150 has 137k miles on it and it's still going strong with one slight problem. Starting it when it's cold, takes a little longer than it used to. Up until about a year ago, just tapping the ignition switch would bring it to life. Now, I have to crank it once, sometimes twice to get it running. Once running, there are no drivability issues. I have done a complete tune up with wires, plugs, cap and rotor, and fuel filter. There are no stored codes in the computer to indicate any issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Webman
