Hi folks,
I took delivery a few days ago on an '07 F-150 FX4 Super Crew. This is my first Ford and my first pickup. I traded in a '98 Dodge Durango SLT+ that I've had for roughly 10 years!
Here's some specs on the truck as it is now:
Dark Shadow Grey, Black Leather Interior w/ flow-through console, Towing package, 6-CD w/MP3, 5 1/2' bed with Ford drop-in bedliner, P275/65R18 BF Goodrich Rugged Trails
I'm not wild about the wheel/tire combo but plan on giving the Rugged Trails a chance.
I didn't list the Ford step bars as they are coming off on Monday. I've seen a lot of good opinions on Westins but am also looking at the GoRhino Dominator II steps. I was planning on keeping chrome to a minimum, but I'll have to see what looks better.
Planned/Possible Mods:
Access Cover & Rack
http://www.agricover.com/index.php/products/category/C127/
GoRhino Dominator II Sidesteps
http://gorhino.com/dominator-sidestep/dominator-sidestep.html
GoRhino Dominator Hitchstep
http://gorhino.com/dominator-hitchstep/dominator-hitchstep.html
DU-HA Underseat Storage
http://du-ha.com/ford_f150_supercrew_04_06.html
PacMule Cargo Management
http://www.cargocatch.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=8&products_id=40&osCsid=f91 7d80cf4d894c952a28cfd84fe2658
I'll be looking into the Edge programmer along with a CAI & Exhaust once my cargo issues are taken care of. I am a woodworker and have a lot of DIY projects on the horizon so being able to organize and transport lumber and supplies is #1.
Thanks for the info so far, and feel free to tell me what I should spend my money on...or not
Mike

Welcome to the site. You've got some great mods planned but as far as the sidesteps go I have to HIGHLY recommend Westin. I love Westin and I believe they are the best out there.
