New from TN - 1 problem
Just (01/31/15) picked my 2015 Lariat 4x4, 3.5 Eco, SCrew, 501A, 5.5' bed. Love the truck! But 1 aggravating problem already! Tried to open the remote tail gate yesterday. Would click, but not open. Tried by hand with same result! Finally opened by pushing in on top of tail gate while pulling manual release. I'm afraid I am not going to like this design. Wish there was a manual latch on tailgate instead of a push button that only duplicates a signal to the same U latching devise as the remote! Anyone else have this issue? Haven't taken to service, yet, but will soon! This is one thing I never researched before buying! Don't believe this would have passed the "gloved hand" research!
