i just bought a 1989 F150, 4.9 inline six, 5 spd manual trans, this i s my first full size truck, i bought it to remember my dad, i inherited his 1989 ranger which was lost due to a wildfire, my f150 is straight body, original, antique white, paint, most everything works, i have replaced the battery, starter, starter relay, replaced the missing windshield washer nozzle, replaced the stock air intake system, mouse nest inside and plastic parts falling apart, with a k&n dual cone filter, photo album posted. Will have transmission looked at as it sounds noisy. I plan on many other fixes and mods, but for now, truck runs real strong, im very happy with my truck...
