Default New to the site

Hey all. I am purchasing a 2001 F150 Lariat from my parents. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tammy and I am originally from Idaho, moved to New Mexico. The truck has 159K miles on it. It was lifted with 4-5 inch blocks and has 18" wheels with 35's. Currently looking into getting rid of the blocks and trading the wheels for a 17" size.
Anyone have any ideas on what it's going to take to get rid of those noisy body lift blocks?

I LOVE my truck. Not sure if it's a XLT or Lariat though. It has Lariat floor mats, but nowhere else is that written. How can I find out?
