Default New from PA

I just got a Silver 2007 F150 Crew Cab XLT. It came with a Westin bumper gaurd and an ARE cap. Working on selling the cap now will get a Tonneau cover eventually.

I traded in my 03 explorer because the trans went bad.

I have been reading this forum for a while now but I have some questions I hope I can get help with.

I seen a bunch of debates on the best oil and trans fluid, but nothing on the filters. Is there a thread?

The F150 has 101500 miles on it and the previous owner (one owner) kept track of the repairs. The log doesn't have anything about a trans flush. I know some people don't like the flushes, but what about a fluid change? Recommended or not?

I am also interested in aftermarket intake, exhaust, and a tuner. I've read that if you get the intake or exhaust you need to tune it is this true? Is there a "guide" on tuners? Will the intake and exhaust really help MPG?

My passenger front window slows down when it gets closer to the top. A lot slower. Could the motor be going bad? One more question. I don't have a pedal adjust button but can they be adjusted some how? I would like them to be a little further back.

Sorry I know there's a lot here, but it's my first F-150! Thank you in advace for your help!

Thank you, does anyone have some input on my questions or did I post in the wrong spot?

Hello and welcome to the site. Lots of members don't look at the introductions so you may not get the responses you'd like. Post the questions in the proper topic thread and you'll be rewarded with knowledge.
