New owner of an older truck - Northern VA
Hello All,
My Dad passed away in March and I just drove his 2004 Oxford White Lariat SuperCrew back to Northern Virginia from Colorado (1900 miles in 2 days!) Got home yesterday.
166K miles on the truck and it's in absolutely amazing condition. He took really good care of it. Mom accidentally destroyed the passenger side running board and did minor damage to the both passenger doors hitting a post in a parking lot. I've got Barricade running boards and a bull bar in the garage to put on the truck this weekend. Otherwise, it has a few minor dings and dents typical of a 15 year old truck, but I love it! Will probably have the usual new guy questions in the other sections of the forum. Front end feels pretty loose, so need to investigate bushings and bearings and the usual suspects.
Anyway, thanks for having me!

Welcome to the forum, great to have you here. Sounds like you have a nice project truck to work on. Sorry to hear about your Dad.
